Transparency at the University of Nebraska
As outlined in our Five-Year Strategy, Nebraskans expect their University to operate with common sense and prudence. As we take care of our resources and look for opportunities to be more effective and efficient, the University of Nebraska will hold ourselves to a high standard of transparency. We recognize that we have a responsibility to demonstrate accountability to those who invest their resources in us.
To that end, we are providing greater access to information for the faculty, staff, students and the communities we serve. This page represents some of the most frequently requested information by NU constituencies. Information will be added as needed. Nebraskans should know what to expect from their University. We pledge to work every day to maintain the trust and confidence of the people of our state.
NU Budget & Fiscal Reports
Key University of Nebraska budget documents and reports—including the latest operating budget book, personnel rosters, salary information, budget by department listing, our Comprehensive Annual Financial Report and our Biennial Budget Request—are available here.
NU Investment Reports
The University of Nebraska publishes an annual report on its Fund N investments, which include donations and gifts made directly to the university, to promote full transparency about its investments—including those held in fossil fuel companies.

NU Contracts
The University of Nebraska is transparent as to how we conduct business and who we conduct it with. All University of Nebraska contracts that utilize state funds are posted on the Department of Administrative Services (DAS) Contracts Database.
