The UTDC is a Nebraska nonprofit public benefit corporation that promotes, encourages and assists scholarly activities of the faculty at the University of Nebraska. The subsidiary companies of UTDC, which are described in the links to the right, provide a mechanism to develop and apply the inventions and other intellectual property of the faculty, staff, alumni and students of the University of Nebraska.

We work with private and governmental sectors to develop research, partnerships and ventures that foster the development of businesses entrepreneurship and economic competitiveness for the State of Nebraska.
