UNO to Celebrate 100th Anniversary

Beginning in October, The University of Nebraska at Omaha will begin a year-long celebration in honor of its 100 year anniversary. The theme of the Centennial celebration is "UNO: Central to our City Since 1908." Civic, academic and corporate partners are invited to share in this memorable event for the city of Omaha. "We are all privileged to be a part of this great institution as it celebrates 100 years of rich history and charts a course for an even brighter future," UNO Chancellor John Christensen said. "The Centennial theme, 'Central To Our City,' is truly representative of the mission of our metropolitan university."
