Rebecca was the key person in the development of three major projects. She assumed primary responsibility for all of the electronic data and file management tasks related to the academic prioritization project, which involved every academic department. She also has developed an Integrated Data Warehouse, which has become a tremendous asset in administrative decision-making.

And, she took on a central role in the development of the Quality Indicators report for the Board of Regents, helping to conceptualize the indicators and developing strategies to operationalize them. In all of this work, Rebecca has exemplified superior levels of creativity, commitment, and care
