Jeff is an outstanding resource person who handles numerous calls each day ranging from simple computer "glitches' to more complex problems with software and equipment. His hallmarks are professionalism, courtesy, and a very strong work ethic. He is determined to hold downtime on equipment to an absolute minimum. With all of the different departments dependent upon his skills, and needing same-day service, he can get spread pretty thin, but he is noted for his ability to remain calm, pleasant, and - most importantly - effective in his problem-solving efforts. In short, Jeff consistently delivers outstanding performance and service to all those who call on him at UNMC.
