Clyde is responsible for management of livestock operations and animal facilities in the Animal Science Complex, including procurement of livestock for use in the teaching program, supervision of livestock transportation from farms, marketing of livestock following their use for teaching, assisting faculty in livestock scheduling and preparing the animals for class use, and management of maintenance, repairs and cleaning of animal facilities.
Clyde also assists with extension workshops for beef and pork producers as well as for meat industry personnel, and works with 4-H and youth extension workshops and field days.
