As administrator of UNMC’s Lotus Notes email system, Jim supports an effective communication system for 4,000 faculty and staff and almost 3,000 students around the clock. His goal is simple: help UNMC’s employees communicate electronically. Email is, of course, absolutely essential for the flow of information among students, faculty, staff, vendors, state officials, members of the health care community, and others. Jim interacts with his customers on a regular basis and immediately trouble-shoots any problems. The result: an extremely high satisfaction-level with the service.
