Under Mary’s leadership, the school has developed distance education classes, procured grant funding to support community outreach programs for diabetes care among Native Americans, directed development of educational programs for promotion to other countries, and developed cultural competency as an essential part of the curriculum. Not only is she an outstanding administrator and leader, she demonstrates high values, honesty, and integrity in her personal and professional life.
