In her role as special needs counselor, Sue worked collaboratively with campus departments to arrange necessary accommodations for students with disabilities, helping them enjoy the full benefits of the university experience. She also was advisor to the student organization, Collegians for Integration and Accessability, and coordinated the annual Disability Awareness Week activities. She also maintained close working relationships with support organizations such as Vocational Rehabilitation Services. For Sue, students always come first.
