In response to budget cuts, the UNK print shop was restructured to form a campus publications office. Michelle assumed major responsibility for ensuring a smooth transition, which included relocation of the campus copy center. She works with faculty and staff across campus to make sure their publications needs are met. When projects must be outsourced, she obtains the best volume pricing. She also ensures that all publications, whether produced on or off-campus meet quality standards and conform to logo guidelines. She has been a key player in establishing a progressive, dependable, and economical publications and copy center.
