This KUDOS award goes to Nancy M. Wagner, who is an Administrative Technician at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources. Nancy’s primary responsibility is processing the monthly payroll. However, she has gone above the parameters of her job description and has become an integral part of IANR’s Human Resource deployment plan to move more functions on the SAP system out to IANR Business Centers. Nancy is a natural leader and has compiled many training materials. She also filled in for her supervisor while on extended sick leave in the recent past. She stepped up and provided the direction and leadership needed to fill this void: a real testament to her work ethic and commitment.
