Keith consistently performs his duties at the highest level and does so without error or the benefit of a great deal of assistance. During the past year, Keith recommended and was instrumental in the execution of the Dependent Eligibility Audit, an audit that eventually saved the university almost a million dollars in claims and care. This project required enormous liaisons, documents and procedural steps, all of which were directed and/or accomplished with Keith’s guidance and recommendations. Keith accomplished these tasks while also balancing numerous information requests resulting from an audit of state and university health programs.

As the director of university-wide benefits, Keith plays a vital role in the quality of life for our employees and their dependents with respect to their individual and family medical needs. His efforts to assist individual employees, the campus benefits representatives and our system-wide benefits committee make it possible for the university to be a family-friendly and family-responsive employer. Keith takes enormous pride in maintaining compliance with state and federal laws governing health care implementation and health care plans. We are proud to say, without equivocation, “job well done.”
