Hank approaches everything he does in a professional manner. Whether it is during the course of his regular eight-hour day or after hours, Hank is there, ready to offer his suggestions and perform whatever tasks are necessary.

As advancements in technology continue, Hank has done an admirable job of keeping up with these changes. He has assisted in training building mechanics from other complexes. He has worked with vendors to manufacture parts that have become hard to find or are obsolete due to the age of the equipment, or to provide replacement parts at a lower cost, thus creating substantial savings for the Housing Department.

Hank’s co-workers have great admiration for him. Congratulations, Hank, on receiving the KUDOS award from the Board of Regents.
