Construction Project Manager, UNMC
Nick Knopik is the construction project manager for Facilities, Management and Planning – Architecture/Engineering at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Nick was construction project manager for the recent renovation of Bennett Hall for the School of Allied Health Professions. Bennett Hall is a 100 year old building that presented many challenges for Nick. He was responsible for overseeing the conversion of old laboratories into efficient, attractive and functional office space for the School.

Nick was very detailed and extremely patient when meeting requests from all departments. He demonstrated concern, determination and perseverance to accomplish the individual design and construction goals of the faculty and staff. The faculty and staff of the School are highly satisfied with the end result and pleased with their new facility. The building is both functional and beautiful thanks to the efforts of Nick.
