Technology Assessment Coordinator, UNO

Paul Clark, technology assessment coordinator, works diligently to help the UNO College of Education stay current on new educational technologies. Co‐workers appreciate his expertise and on‐the‐job enthusiasm. “Paul quickly grasps instructional and assessment issues and is able to devise innovative solutions using his technology and skills,” one colleague said. “He is very willing to work with people until the ‘right’ solution is found while assuming it is functional and usable.”

Clark and three other staff members work together to make sure technology is in working order for the College. His primary responsibility is the digital portfolio, but he also regularly assists students and faculty who may need help with new technologies. Another co‐worker wrote, “Paul remains excited about teaching and the associated integration of technology.”

In addition to being a longtime employee, Clark has earned his bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees from UNO. He is thankful for his outstanding co‐workers and campus environment. “UNO has incredible employees, and it really is quite evident in the atmosphere and culture that is on display to visitors to the campus,” he said.
